Just Right Air has serviced my HVAC unit for several years because they “know their stuff.” After the first service call, I was so impressed and pleased with the technician’s knowledge, professionalism and Just Right Air’s comprehensive, itemized, maintenance check list and report that I purchased a maintenance plan for my HVAC. In addition to being a very good value, the maintenance program I chose gives me priority status in the event I need service, and a discount on parts that may need to be replaced. Last summer, I received service within hours of my call when Mt AC went kaputt. The capacitator was replaced and my AC was cooling the house down just a few hours after I had called for service. JRA is a great company. A four hour time frame is usually given for the day of service and you’ll receive a call about 15 minutes before arrival to let you know they are on the way. Tech’s arrive neatly attired and their work is completed in a thorough, tidy, and orderly fashion. The in-house staff is professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. Just Right Air wins my vote —and business—for excellence in heating and AC :)

Not having heat in these freezing temps is not an option. Tony check the furnace to find it was a safety risk to run it. He was able to explain everything to me so I understood. He was able to arrange to have someone come out the same day to help decide the next options. I’m very please with the service they have provided.

Turned a screw and charged $120. Was told if repair was done they would not charge the initial fee which was not true. Tech was nice but price was ridiculous.
