My heater failed at 3:00 am Saturday morning. Just Right Air was very responsive to my call and set up a service appointment for the same day. The service technician Tony was very knowledgeable and through in resolving the issue with my heater. He researched the system to ensure correct part replacement. Then replaced the warranty part and verified full operation. He was very friendly and ensured everything was cleaned up after the repair.
