I'll try to be concise here but there really is about a 5 page letter worth of a review that I could write. For a brief historical synopsis, I am a guy that has the knowledge to do anything and everything in & around a home when it comes to maintenance and even full on installation; technically, I would be able to build a house from the ground up and plumb it, wire it, etc. and maintaining or even installing a central A/C system is no different. While I have the knowledge, I no longer have the ability due to recently being declared disabled (nearly paralyzed) after injuries from a car accident. (I even need help tying my own shoes now). Needless to say, when it comes to maintenance around the home, I am now at the mercy of the professionals that I am required to hire and help me by maintaining the various components of the home for me. About 2 months ago I had an HVAC company out to the house to work on my Central A/C and let's just say that what they did to my unit was so grotesque that I've now filed reports, etc. because it wasn't just poor work but it was a purposefully negligent violation of codes and amounted to several blatant safety / fire hazards. But enough about that... As far as my experience with Just Right Air...I couldn't be more pleased nor more thankful! Not only did they arrive within 12 hours of our call, they had a technician at our home at 8:00AM on the dot on a Saturday. That technician, Ben F., was a god send. He was patient, he was definitely as equally disgusted by what the prior technician did, he was incredibly thorough and, most personally important for me, he took the time to work with me to keep me in the loop every step he took and every problem he discovered - even though I'm not overly mobile anymore, he was sure to be patient and include me along the way. I had expressed to him that, due to my physical condition, I need to have a technician & a company that I can TRUST and the prior technician/company only served to hinder my trusting ability; I can't do what I used to and, more importantly, over the course of future needs & visits, I simply (physically) can not 'babysit' a technician. That is why I need a trustworthy company & technician. Well, I've already failed in being concise but I'll end it on the following note: • I have found the company I can trust. • I have found the technician I can trust. • I know who I'll be going through when I need to replace my A/C next year. • To top that all off, my A/C is currently working better than I've ever seen or felt it. Thank you to Just Right and I cannot say enough "thank you's" to Ben!!!! P.S. To Just Right: you'll be receiving a letter in the next week or so to discuss this in greater detail.
