WOW . . . just WOW! Unfortunately, what we had hoped to be a simple fix turned into the need to purchase a new furnace (ours was 17 years old). Tony knew we were struggling with the thought of having to replace our furnace but was able to make the sticker shock so much easier. He offered various options to us and helped us make an informed decision. He even encouraged us to do some research on Trane furnaces before we made our decision. Great quality product. Prompt service. Respectful of people's homes. Very vigilant on making sure you know when they'll arrive by texting and/or emailing. They showed up within the first 30 minutes of the 3 hours appointment window for the furnace check. On replacement/install day they showed up right when they said they would and finished in less time than they had said. Never spoke down to my wife or myself when explaining issues/solutions but you could tell they were extremely knowledgeable.
