I just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Just Right Air was always right on time. They don't give you a two hour time frame. They give you a time and show up. They also give you a courtesy call when they are coming. I am very busy and appreciated this. From the first sales call to the quality audit a couple weeks later, everyone from sales staff to installers were very pleasant to work with and very professional. I always ask a ton of questions, probably to the point of being annoying, and they were very good about responding to my concerns. I am very happy with my decision to choose Just Right Air.
